Construction
We provide fully trilingual Design Team during this phase of work we make regular site visit to determine that the construction is progressing on schedule and in conformance with the design intent. Inform client of the progress and quality of construction. Maintain reports of construction budgets, cost, change orders, revisions and other project related issues.
Post Construction
Upon completion completion of project Hopkins will prepare a punch list of substandard or incomplete construction and furniture items. Deliver to client a complete and accurate As-Built design drawings for their reference and future use.
Design Programming
Personnel interviews with individuals selected by client will be held to obtain information, to the extend necessary to establish parameters for planning and design.
Design
Base upon our understanding of the functional relationship, with input from client, Hopkins will prepare space layout plans. Alternative design character studies will be developed depiction the design image and finishes selections. With the approved space layout plan, we will further refine the project requirements, including special features and details of the visual concept.
Drawing Documents
A full set of drawing pack will be prepared for client’s final review and approval prior to construction and installation to assure the agree design concept will be fully implemented to the site works and within the agreed budget.
